Here is both of the top pieces. The one leaning against the table has the dowels glued in place, and I am test-fitting the lower piece in place.

It was a big challenge to get all the dowels into their proper holes. This one has only 10 dowels, the sides had 24... and especially when putting it together with glue, trying to prevent it from dripping everywhere... well it got a bit stressful at times.
